I won’t give you any false promises. It’s not possible to predict exactly how much weight you will lose, or exactly how fast. It depends on many things:
For example: your present weight/height, how much excess fat you have, your health, your level of activity, how much stress you’re under and how regular your lifestyle is.
General Weight Loss Guideline
As a general guideline, if you are reasonably active, take regular moderate exercise) and follow my diet exactly, you should lose up to 4 pounds a week, or 16 pounds a month.
Weight Loss Examples
Lose 28 pounds in 7 weeks
If you’re 224 pounds (16 stone) or more, you can lose up to 4 pounds a week.
This adds up to 28 pounds in about 7 weeks.
Lose 28 pounds in 9½ weeks
If you’re 182 pounds (13 stone) or more, you can lose up to 3 pounds a week.
This adds up to 28 pounds in about 9½ weeks.
Lose 28 pounds in 12 weeks
If you’re 154 pounds (11 stone) or more, you can lose up to 2½ pounds a week.
This adds up to 28 pounds in about 12 weeks.
Lose 14 pounds or 1 stone in 7-10 weeks
If you’re under 154 pounds (11 stone), you can lose up to 1½ pounds a week.
This adds up to about 14 pounds in 7-10 weeks.
Don’t think of trying to lose weight any faster. You won’t lose weight any faster and keep it off.
Note: All figures are approximate and are based on a woman of 5 feet 4 inches with a medium frame. If you are taller (or larger-framed), your weight loss will be less.
