The Cabbage Soup Diet is a 7-day fad diet of cabbage soup plus a bizarre sequence of other foods. It is nothing more than a weight loss gimmick. Some versions of the Cabbage Soup Diet claim that cabbage has unique fat-burning properties. This is nonsense. Neither cabbage, nor cabbage soup has any fat-burning properties.

Advantages of the Cabbage Soup Diet
